Scott Baines

FDS Owner & Head Coach

Scott's impressive journey in football began in 2002, coaching at Northampton Town’s Centre of Excellence and scouting for West Bromwich Albion FC. With experience coaching in the USA and a triumphant season as Assistant Coach at FF Jaro in Finland, where they clinched 3rd place, he brings invaluable expertise to Football Development Schools.

As a youth player Scott was signed at Leicester City Academy. Scott holds a UEFA A licence, the FA Youth Coaches Award and is a qualified Futsal coach.

Scott is passionate about developing young players through engaging training sessions, competitive tournaments, and memorable European tours. Join us for exciting training, tournaments, and camps that ignite the passion for the beautiful game!

Kristian Heames

FDS Owner & Head Coach

Kristian brings a wealth of experience to Football Development Schools, having graduated from Loughborough University with degrees in Physical Education and Sport Science. Starting his coaching journey at Northampton Town, he later excelled as Head Coach for FF Jaro in Finland, securing a remarkable 3rd place finish in the league. Kristian has also coached in the USA.

As a young player Kristian played at Roda JC Academy in Holland.

Like Scott, Kristian has also coached in the USA. He is a qualified Futsal coach, has the FA Youth Coaches Award and Level 5 FA Psychology for Football. 

Kristian holds a UEFA A licence and the FA Fitness Trainers Award. He is dedicated to nurturing young talent through dynamic training sessions, exciting tournaments, and unforgettable European tours. Join us for an incredible football journey where passion meets development!
