Development Centre Trials

To develop the player, you develop the person.

We hold trials throughout the year at our Development Centres for talented and committed young players who are interested in joining our programme.

Our trials are designed to give players the opportunity to showcase their ability in a positive, professional and challenging environment. Throughout the sessions, our experienced coaches assess whether each player is suited to the demands and standards of our coaching programme.

At Development Schools, we believe that success in football is about far more than technical ability alone. As well as evaluating skill level, we place a strong emphasis on attitude, work ethic, coachability, teamwork, communication and a willingness to learn and improve. We are passionate about developing not only better footballers, but confident, disciplined and respectful young individuals both on and off the pitch.

Players who demonstrate the right qualities will have the opportunity to train within a high-quality environment focused on long-term player development, enjoyment and progression.
