Scott is a founder member and partner of Football Development Schools. He has previous coaching experience in the U.S.A with UK Elite
in the Summer of 2002 and 2003, which was 'an invaluable experience as a young coach'. His coaching in the U.K began with P.S.N. Soccer Schools. There
he was responsible for the Community and Player Development aspects in Daventry, Rugby, Northampton and Brackley. In April 2005 these responsibilities came
under the newly formed F.D.S. umbrella. Scott is now in his sixth year working in these areas which hgas seen many boys go into the professional game.
At the Elite level he worked at the Northampton Town Centre of Excellence from 2002 until 2006, where he worked with players from under 8 to under 12,
During this time he was part of an excellent team of coaches who had an distinct belief in how players should be developed within the game. In June 2006
he moved to the newly formed Kettering Town youth Academy along with the F.D.S. staff and coaches from the Northampton Town Centre of Excellence.
In January 2007 he helped set up the F.D.S. Academy having recently left Kettering Town FC. Scott is currently coaching the under 12 squad within the Academy.
