NEWS - JUNE: ANOTHER FIRST FOR FDS

The continued development of the website has seen FDS embark into new territory again with the first video podcast. In working with Uptonaway Media, the video podcast helps us to again provide a more advanced service to our players, parents and interested parties and helps us again provide rationale behind our philosophy of developing elite players.

The first video podcast helps explain the rationale behind the homework we ask our players to do. We hope this will encourage players to get out there and practice the fundamental skills of the game while helping to translate the message of the importance of homework to parents and interested parties.

The overriding message we can give to aspiring players and parents is 'there is no substitute to hard work', and our systematic approach to football homework reflects this mantra
