NOVEMBER: UNDER 10's GAMES
It was the turn of the Under tens to visit the coaches at Grendon Hall on Saturday 29th October with the emphasis based on the players understanding how to play as a team when attacking and defending. All coaches were pleased at how well the boys took on the information given and could see the improvement of the players performances from start to finish.
A number of players provided much food for thought as to whether they could be ready to have a chance at pushing towards a trial at the Centre of Excellence, with five of the boys showing enough to warrant training with the Centre players during a forth coming Sunday.
An unexpected responsibility for the boys was to take control of the officiating of the games, with all the boys at some stage taking control of match. The experience added to the what was a very positive day in the players football education.
Saturday 5th November, sees the Under Seven age group coming to Grendon, with the following Saturday hosting the Under 9's.
