NEWS - FEBRUARY: SCHOOL FUTSAL TOURNAMENTS

The month of March sees Football Development Schools hosting two school futsal tournaments. On Friday 14th Kettering Arena is the venue for the third annual year 3&4 school tournament with interest already extremely high for what should be a continuation of the development of the game in the Kettering area.

FDS then move the futsal road show to Northampton with a year 5&6 tournament at Benham Sports Arena on Friday 28th March. This competition has the capacity for ten teams with FDS keen to forge forward in making futsal avaibale to all schools in Northanmptonshire.

FDS are working towards creating more opportunities for participation in this form of the 5 a side game, and believe it has a considerable part to play in the development of young players.
