NEWS - FEBRUARY: TWO NEW DEVELOPMENT CENTRES

Football Development Schools are delighted to be setting up two new Development Centres in the region with the formation of centres in Peterborough and Northampton. The Centres will begin Following the February half term and will be for boys aged 5-8 years of age.

Football Development Schools together with West Bromwich Albion Football Club will be offering players the chance to come and train at our Development Centres in Northampton and Peterborough this half term. Our development centres are designed for keen footballers, who will benefit from the coaching expertise on offer, and is open to players between the ages of 5 and 8. The purpose of the 5-week training course will be for interested players to come along and give the sessions a try and also to give the coaches a chance to assess them. After the initial sessions we will be offering places at the Development Centre for the following term. We will be looking for good players but even more importantly, we will be looking for players who have a good attitude and want to learn. Hope to see you soon!

The Courses offer players the following

- All coaches FA qualified and CRB checked
- The level of coaching that has seen over 100 players progress to pro clubs!
- A learning environment where there is an emphasis on technique and skill
- To enjoy themselves testing their skills against the other players
- Opportunities to progress to the FDS Academy and West Brom Academy
