JUNE: DEVELOPMENT CENTRE MATCHES

While the value of individual practice is considered of great importance to the coaches of FDS. The players within our older development centre groups need to develop their tactical awareness, which will help them considerably if they get a trial with the Centre of Excellence. For the players to develop their tactical awareness the importance of taking and acting on information becomes extremely important during game time. The coaches will be assessing the ability of players to establish whether they can perform these essential skills, which are so important in elite sport. FDS are happy to confirm that invited Development Centre players will play in games at the fantastic setting of Grendon Hall (near Wellingborough) which helps provide the players with the best possible environment to learn their football.
