OCTOBER: FUTSAL TAKES OFF
The response to the First inter-school Futsal Tournament has been extremely encouraging, which has meant that there will be a second date for the tournament. At the present time 18 teams have been entered for the tournament which has seen a response from all over East and North Northamptonshire.
The date of the first tournament is Thursday 10th November with the second date taking place on the following Tuesday (15th November)
Schools will be contacted shortly to determine which of the dates they wish to attend with both days facilitating 8 teams. If your school would like to enter a team into the competition it is not to late, as either date can hold up to 12 teams. The closing date for entries is Tuesday 1st November. Following the end of both tournaments, FDS would like to welcome both days winners to take part in a one off final to determine the overall winner.
